Mandatory Equipment

A noise-canceling USB headset is mandatory to maintain clear, professional communication with stranded motorists and dispatch teams.

High-speed broadband with a minimum of 25 Mbps download, connected directly via Ethernet cable. Wi-Fi connections do not qualify.
